Arianna is currently General Manager of People, Culture and Strategy for Fresh Hope Communities. This is the welfare arm and PBI entity of churches of Christ in NSW and ACT and offers residential aged care, retirement living, community housing and conference and outdoor adventure experiences. Prior to this Arianna was Organisational, Development and Capability Manager for the organization. Arianna has previously held roles as Learning and Development Manager and HR consultant roles at multiple not for profit organisations. She is co-Founder of SkillABLE Learning, a professional training and coaching company.
