With 30 years of experience in data analytics, Paul has witnessed firsthand the transformative power of data analytics in the aged and health care sectors.

Paul is currently the head of Data and Business Intelligence in Uniting AgeWell, a provider of aged care services across Victoria and Tasmania. Before joining Uniting AgeWell almost 3 years ago, Paul worked as a data analytics specialist in the Victorian public health system for six years, including stints at the Victorian Comprehensive Cancer Centre, Melbourne Health and Ballarat Health Services.  Paul was the Director of Information at the South Australian Health Department for 5 years prior to moving to Victoria.

Paul’s main achievements since joining Uniting AgeWell include the implementation of a cloud based data warehouse, the rollout of a large dashboard program and the application of AI for generating business insights.
