Jo Chopamba leads the IT Applications Services team at Catholic Healthcare, a leading not-for-profit aged care organisation providing retirement living, residential aged care and home care services. Jo oversees the architecture, integrations, development, support functions as well as the optimisation of application systems for enhanced operational efficiency.

Jo has over 20 years of technology experience in a broad range of industries covering aged care, horticulture, and talent solutions, during which, she made significant contributions to each organisation's technological advancements. Previously, she led a digital transformation program at Hort Innovation, which earned recognition and a feature within the Microsoft network. 

More recently, the Information Technology team at Catholic Healthcare, of which Jo is a member, was awarded the IT Team of the Year: Resilience at the 2023 CIO50 Awards for their exceptional implementation of innovative solutions.
