Fay Flevaras is the acting Chief Digital Information Officer at the Department of Health and Aged Care. She spearheads the digital transformation agenda at the department, leading an ambitious suite of care sector reforms to enable elderly Australians, their families, providers, and others to have best-in-class digital experiences. Fay’s large team work to create a better-connected aged care ecosystem that is consolidated, sustainable, automated, and modern.
Fay has held senior leadership roles across government, banking and technology sectors, often driving first-of-a-kind innovation and uplift projects in complex operating environments. She is committed to bringing people together to deliver digital solutions that create ‘real world’ transformation. Fay is also a foodie who enjoys sharing her culinary experiments with friends and family.
