Sabrina is a distinguished executive leader with over 20 years of experience in the aged care sector. As a Registered Nurse with multiple postgraduate qualifications, including a Master's in Occupational Therapy, she has built a robust career covering both the Health and Aged Care sectors in Australia and internationally.
As the Director of Residential Care and Clinical Governance at Montefiore, Sabrina leads initiatives in Clinical Governance, Clinical Education, Infection Control, Quality and Compliance and Nursing services. She is committed to ensuring that teamwork and interprofessional collaborations result in effective, meaningful, safe and satisfying high-quality care. She focuses on promoting staff retention, providing organizational support and improving resident outcomes.
