Rachel was appointed Chief Strategy Officer at Catholic Healthcare in February 2023. She leads the company’s strategy, marketing, communications, project management, and sales teams. With over 20 years of leadership experience, Rachel is a prominent figure in the aged care sector with expertise in strategy, transformational change management, strategic stakeholder engagement, and government relations.

Before joining Catholic Healthcare, Rachel served as a Director at KPMG, specialising in health and human services, and before that with Litmus Consulting (now a part of PWC). Rachel’s career also includes valuable experience as a Senior Policy Advisor at the Ministry of Health and as a Senior Patent Attorney focused on medical science.
