With over 36 years in nursing, education, and aged care, Kath has held roles including Registered Nurse, Nurse Educator, Executive Aged Care Manager, and curriculum developer. She has supported ANMAC as an ENAC Member, academic, deputy chair, and accreditation auditor. Holding a Master of Education, she has written and delivered leadership courses across nursing and aged care. Passionate about cultural safety, Kath now leads health and aged care teams toward embracing equity, inclusion, and diversity in workplace culture.
