Geraldine is currently the Deputy Chairperson of Ageing Australia and a Director of the Health Round Table.
She has held multiple executive roles across the Western Australian Government Health and Community Services Departments and was the CEO of Baptcare across Victoria, Tasmania and South Australia - recommending to its Board that it merges with Baptist Care SA and Baptist Care NSW, ACT and WA.
She has more than 25 years of executive leadership experience and holds clinical, management and governance qualifications including a Master of Business Administration and has been a finalist in the Telstra Women’s Business Awards.
Geraldine is deeply committed to the delivery of quality aged care services and to providing support to front line staff to deliver person centric care.
