Nia Briguglio is Executive General Manager – Aged Care Centres at IRT, with more than 23 years’ experience across the aged care sector spanning direct care, leadership and operational management. She is responsible for the oversight of IRT’s Aged Care Centres and Catering teams, with a strong focus on quality outcomes, resident experience and service excellence. Nia has been with IRT for 15 years, progressing through a range of roles that have shaped her deep operational knowledge and people-centred leadership style. She holds qualifications in frontline and leadership management and diversional therapy and is a graduate of the Leadership Illawarra Program, where she further developed her strategic and governance capabilities.
