Imtiaz Bhayat is Chief Information Officer at Regis Healthcare, where he leads the development and delivery of the organisation’s digital strategy, overseeing IT operations, applications, infrastructure, cybersecurity and the project management office. Since joining Regis in 2020, Imtiaz has driven technology-enabled transformation to strengthen operational performance, risk management and quality outcomes. A seasoned leader with broad commercial experience in tier-one consulting, he has a demonstrated track record of leveraging technology to enhance organisational effectiveness. Imtiaz holds a PhD in Financial Markets Technology, a Master of Commerce, a Master of Research and a Bachelor of Commerce. He is a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, a CPA and a Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
