Terry joined mecwacare in 2025, being given the responsibility of establishing the enterprise Project Management Office, to oversee delivery of projects and programs supporting mecwacare’s strategy execution, emphasising effective governance and stakeholder engagement.


Prior to this, Terry held senior roles in portfolio, program, and project management across multiple public and private sector organisations. Drawing upon over two decades of experience obtained in over 20 countries across Europe, the Asia-Pacific region, and the US, he has demonstrated a highly developed sensitivity to wide-ranging business environments, a commitment to delivery under pressure, and personal resourcefulness and versatility.

Contributing to mecwacare’s success demands a flexible mindset in servicing culturally and demographically diverse client cohorts, awareness of which drives his leadership style and decision-making.
