With more than two decades of leadership experience, he has worked extensively across organisational transformation, governance, service delivery, and operational strategy within highly regulated environments.

Throughout his career, Fonda has led large-scale service growth, mergers and acquisitions, and major transformation initiatives, while maintaining a strong focus on quality, compliance, and sustainable care delivery. He has also supported projects relating to digital transformation, consumer-directed care, mental health, palliative care, and wellness innovation across the aged care sector.
