Kris has built a diverse career across health, aged care, and disability, holding leadership positions in both government and private sectors. He commenced his career as a Physiotherapist and more recently led major projects at Ernst & Young, delivering health reform across Queensland, driving business system transformation, and supporting the federal government on aged care policy initiatives. Prior to his current role, Kris led St Vincent’s Aged Care Community, Virtual and Home programs, gaining valuable insight into service delivery across the continuum of care. Since joining St Vincent’s, he has played a key role in growing services while maintaining the highest standards of care, compliance, and operational excellence.
Kris leads the operations of St Vincent’s residential aged care portfolio nationally, with a focus on innovation, service delivery, and embedding Heartprint across all homes. Being close to the frontline is central to Kris’s leadership approach. He actively visits homes, joining morning routines and conversations, listening, and learning from staff and residents. These interactions give him insight into daily life across services and have reinforced the importance of people, relationships, and community in shaping exceptional care.
