
Dr. Adam Vogel

Professor Adam Vogel is Professor of Speech Neuroscience at The University of Melbourne and an Australian Research Council Future Fellow. His research focuses on enhancing communication and swallowing outcomes in individuals with progressive and acquired neurological disorders.
Adam earned his PhD in behavioural neuroscience from The University of Melbourne, following undergraduate degrees in psychology and speech science from The University of Queensland. He is also a Humboldt Fellow at the Hertie Institute for Clinical Brain Research in Tübingen, Germany.
In addition to his academic role, Adam serves as CEO at Redenlab Ltd., a neuroscience technology company specialising in speech and language biometrics to improve decision-making in clinical trials. Redenlab's digital speech platform provides objective measurement and analysis of communication, supporting pharmaceutical companies across more than 25 countries and 300 international sites.
