Dr Fiona Winkler is an Advanced Accredited Practising Dietitian, academic, and educator with a national reputation for advancing weight-neutral, evidence-based nutrition practice. She is the founder of Health Not Diets and has more than a decade of experience across clinical dietetics, private practice, university lecturing, and research. Fiona’s work focuses on Health at Every Size® (HAES) integration, professional education, and improving food and nutrition experiences in care settings. Her PhD research examined the clinical application of weight-neutral approaches in dietetic practice. Fiona has held senior governance roles within Dietitians Australia and is widely published in peer-reviewed journals. She brings a practical, person-centred lens to nutrition, dignity, and social connection at mealtimes.
