Scott Griffiths is an experienced aged care executive and finance professional with more than 25 years’ leadership in the Aged Care, Retirement Living and Profit-for-Purpose sectors. He has held senior management and executive roles with some of Australia’s largest care providers and is currently Acting Chief Executive Officer of Fresh Hope Communities, a purpose-driven organisation with over 1,000 employees and extensive service operations. Scott’s expertise spans strategic finance, corporate governance, operational leadership and sustainable growth, underpinned by his qualifications in commerce, membership of CPA Australia and graduation from the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He has also served on the board of Nightingale Communities Ltd and is passionate about community connection, housing affordability and enabling social inclusion for older Australians.
